WinePlus Loyalty


What is WinePlus?

WinePlus is our spend-based loyalty rewards program designed to recognize and reward our most valued customers. It tracks both your annual and lifetime spending to unlock exclusive benefits and perks.

You can join WinePlus in three easy ways: by signing up for our email newsletter, by joining one of our wine clubs, or by making a purchase online. From there, you can advance to Silver, Gold, or Platinum status by reaching the required spending thresholds, which are calculated based on eligible purchases over a full calendar year (January 1 – December 31). Eligible purchases include online orders and wine club shipments.

In addition to annual tiers, we track your lifetime spend. Once you reach a lifetime milestone, you unlock permanent status at that tier with no downgrade.

How do I become a WinePlus member?

Becoming a WinePlus member is simple. You can join by:

  1. Signing up for our email newsletter (no purchase necessary),
  2. Joining one of our exclusive wine clubs, or
  3. Making a purchase online.

Joining a wine club instantly grants you the corresponding tier and benefits:

  1. Inner Circle → Platinum status
  2. Seasonal Select → Gold status
  3. Legacy Reserve → Silver status

Active wine club members automatically receive their corresponding tier regardless of additional spend. Every dollar you spend — whether through wine club shipments or online purchases — counts toward your status.

How is WinePlus loyalty status earned and maintained?

WinePlus status is determined by your spending during each calendar year (January 1 – December 31). Spend can be accumulated through wine club shipments and/or making purchases online, including both our core brand and affiliated brands. Your wine club shipments and online orders count toward your total spend and status.

Your status resets each January 1 based on the prior calendar year’s spending.

Once you reach the lifetime spend threshold for a tier, you’ll unlock that status and its benefits permanently.

When do my WinePlus benefits start, and how long do they last?

Your tier status and benefits begin as soon as you qualify — by joining a wine club or reaching the spend amount for a specific tier.

For new members, once you achieve a tier, your status remains active for the remainder of the current calendar year plus 12 additional months. In subsequent years, your tier status resets each January 1 based on your spending from the prior calendar year.

This gives you ample time to enjoy your benefits while continuing to progress to higher tiers.

What should I know about WinePlus rules and benefits?

  1. Active wine club members automatically qualify for their club’s tier (Inner Circle = Platinum, Seasonal Select = Gold, Legacy Reserve = Silver).
  2. If your wine club membership changes to Cancelled or On Hold, you will lose the associated tier status and benefits.
  3. A 3-bottle minimum is required to receive free shipping for Platinum tier and Inner Circle members and $20 flat-rate ground shipping for Gold and Seasonal Select members.


Wine Tasting


How can I book a wine tasting experience?

To book a tasting, complete the reservation form on the Experiences page with the required details. Our hospitality team will follow up to schedule your visit.

Do you accept walk-ins?

All tastings are available by reservation only to ensure a personalized and well-prepared experience.

Where is the winery located?

Fairwinds Estate Winery is nestled in the hillside off the iconic Silverado Trail in the northern region of Napa Valley. Tastings are hosted in our 22,000 sq. ft. wine cave located at: 4550 Silverado Trail N, Calistoga, CA 94515.


Please note tastings are by appointment only and must be confirmed in advance.

What is the maximum group size?

We welcome groups of all sizes and will do our best to accommodate your party. For larger groups or special requests, please include details in the reservation form.

Our hospitality team will follow up to coordinate your visit and confirm availability.

Do WinePlus members receive complimentary tastings?

Yes—complimentary tastings are extended to Silver, Gold, and Platinum members.

Platinum: Four Signature Tastings annually (up to 4 guests)

Gold: Two Signature Tastings annually (up to 2 guests)

Silver: One Signature Tasting annually (up to 2 guests)

Additional guests may be accommodated at the standard Signature Tasting fee ($75 per person).

To reserve your experience, complete the Tasting Form on the Experiences page and include your WinePlus status with your request.

Shipping


What is your shipping policy?

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, except for Utah. Please allow additional delivery time for Alaska and Hawaii.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and items may ship separately. You’ll never pay more than the shipping cost shown at checkout.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

We are not able to ship to P.O. Boxes. Carriers such as FedEx and UPS require a physical address, along with an adult (21+) signature upon delivery.

Can you ship internationally?

Shipping is currently available within the United States only. We will notify you should international shipping become available.

Can you change the shipping speed/method on an existing order?

Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, shipping method and delivery speed cannot be modified.


Will I receive shipping information once my order has shipped?

Yes. Once your order is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email, followed by a shipping notice with tracking details when your order is in transit.

How can I check my order status?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Shipping details and tracking information will be sent as soon as they’re available.

Can I change the address on my order after it has been place?

You may update your shipping address before your order ships. Once it has been picked up by the carrier, the address can no longer be changed.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment. Once released to the carrier, cancellations are no longer possible.

Can I return my order?

Returns are accepted on most unopened and unused items. Please note that personalized or branded items may not be eligible. Contact us by email, and our team will guide you through the return process.

I received the wrong/damaged item, what can I do?

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us photos of the item and its packaging. Our team will promptly assist you.

Wine Club


How much is the wine club membership?

Wine club pricing is based on your selected tier, delivery frequency, and chosen wines. Prior to processing, you’ll receive a detailed shipment notice with the ability to personalize your selection.


When will I receive my club shipment?

Your wines will ship via FedEx Ground within 2–3 business days of payment processing. Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.


Can I gift a Wine Club membership to someone else?

Yes! Simply select the wines and enter your recipient’s address on the shipping page to send a wine club shipment as a gift.

Can I pause or cancel my wine club membership?

Enjoy the flexibility of no commitment. You may pause or cancel your membership at any time—simply email us, and we’ll take care of everything.

Can I pick up my club shipment?

At this time, pickup is not available. All wine club shipments are sent directly to the address listed on your account. However, you can have your shipment delivered to a local pickup location.
